Finding Your Clear Path Forward
A Note From Elaine.
Meet our Founder, Your Guide and Consultant
Elaine Morgan, Ed.M.
Elaine can relate to your journey as a parent because she’s been there.
As a parent and a professional working with young people and families for almost 40 years, Elaine has always been deeply passionate about Special Education and Family Life Education.
While parenting her own seven children, she experienced going through the typical struggles and more. After living in a place of fear about certain issues and making multiple poor decisions based on searching web sites, she eventually found the right help via an independent consultant.
At that point, Elaine combined her journey as a parent with her years of professional experience and founded Morgan Guidance Services. In 2013, Elaine committed to guiding families because she believes no one should be alone when making critical life impacting decisions for a loved one.
“Parents deserve to be well informed and prepared to make the best possible decisions for a son or daughter.”

Elaine’s sub specialties include students and adults who are off track in some way when compared with same age peers: ADHD, High Functioning Asperger, ASD, learning challenges, emotional immaturity, failure to launch and a wide variety of challenging behaviors. She also specializes in neurological challenges associated with OCD and Schizophrenia.
A lifelong Floridian and self described beach girl who grows Orchids in her patio garden, with a Masters Degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Elaine is based in Florida and serves families from FL to ME to TX and beyond, including Bermuda, the Bahamas, the Caribbean and Puerto Rico.
