Finding Your Clear Path Forward
A Note From Elaine.
Meet our Founder, Elaine Morgan, Ed.M.
Elaine can relate to your journey as a parent because she’s been there.
As a parent and a professional working with young people and families for almost 40 years, Elaine has always been deeply passionate about Special Education and Family Life Education.
While parenting her own seven children, she experienced going through the typical struggles and more. After living in a place of fear about certain issues and making multiple poor decisions based on searching web sites, she eventually found the right help via an independent consultant.
At that point, Elaine combined her journey as a parent with her years of professional experience and founded Morgan Guidance Services. In 2013, Elaine committed to guiding families because she believes no one should be alone when making critical life impacting decisions for a loved one.
“Parents deserve to be well informed and prepared to make the best possible decisions for a son or daughter.”

Elaine’s background in Education, Social Services, Career Counseling and Human Development reveal a lifelong passion full of diverse experience. She brings a unique, deep and broad perspective to the advisory process and is equipped to evaluate the whole person and educate families on the many options that help individuals to reach their potential.
Elaine’s sub specialties include students and adults who are off track in some way when compared with same age peers: ADHD, High Functioning Asperger, ASD, learning challenges, emotional immaturity, failure to launch and a wide variety of challenging behaviors. She also specializes in neurological challenges associated with OCD and Schizophrenia.
A lifelong Floridian and self described beach girl who grows Orchids in her patio garden, with a Masters Degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Elaine is based in Florida and serves families from FL to ME to TX and beyond, including Bermuda, the Bahamas, the Caribbean and Puerto Rico.

The Morgan Guidance Difference
Non-Judgemental
Accepting, no blame and no shame, trauma informed.
Collaborative
We join your journey as a guide, bringing expertise and our years of experience so you are well informed. In the end, any school or treatment decision is always yours.
Family Focused
We provide support and share tips so you can shift from worrying about your loved one to enjoying life again.
Attentive
Unlike some firms, we are “high touch” and therefore limit the number of families we work with at any one time so we are available and able to provide personal service to each.
Value-Driven
We deeply respect fellow humans on the shared journey of life. That means honoring your culture and history, and endeavoring to provide an inclusive space for all.
